In order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data and to determine the obligations of real and legal persons who process personal data, we would like to inform you as EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. in accordance with Article 10 of the Law titled “Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform” in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

In addition to the information that it is obligatory to receive from its Customers and the authorities of its Customers, it only processes, stores and transfers personal data that it considers necessary in order to provide the best service and product it aims to provide, to the extent permitted by legal regulations. In this context, personal data are processed for the purposes of providing our Company’s products and services and carrying out the necessary works within this scope, contacting you regarding our products and services in the presence of your explicit consent, conducting marketing activities, carrying out customer acquisition activities and sharing offers regarding our products and services in this regard, making necessary reports, reviews, etc. within the scope of Company activities.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS
EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. It may obtain the personal data of the Customer and/or the Customer’s authorized persons from all kinds of written, verbal and electronic media, third parties and legal authorities.
TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. with domestic and foreign third parties from which it receives services in order to provide services and products, EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. with its units abroad, the choice to make a confidentiality agreement belongs to EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. It can share it with the persons and institutions from which it receives services and / or consultancy, business partners with whom it has signed a contract, and third parties with whom it cooperates.
EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. keeps the records and documents related to the transactions carried out with its customers for a certain period of time within the scope of legal regulations; If you request the deletion or destruction or anonymization of your personal data, this request will be fulfilled by EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. can be fulfilled at the end of the period determined by legal regulations; however, during this period, your personal data will not be processed by EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. and will not be shared with third parties except for the obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations and contracts.
RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
In case the party to this Agreement is a real person, the Customer, and in case the party is a legal entity, the Customer’s officials, in accordance with the provisions of KVKK, as of October 7, 2016, EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. can exercise the following rights by applying to EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ.:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
- In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage.
Requests submitted within this scope will be finalized by EKAY PROJE AĞIR NAKLİYAT SAN. .TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.

In this context, written applications to be made on the subject will be accepted following the identity verification to be made by us and the relevant persons will be returned within the legal periods.
